We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. At Mercato our customer support team is dedicated to various areas of our business and is key to the success of our organization. Our team serves as a liaison with connecting, and providing assistance to customers and potential customers in the following areas: sales, service information, order confirmation, and with any/all logistical concerns surrounding deliveries. We ensure every customer receives superior service by meeting their needs through great customer service.
- The Customer Service Associate ensures every customer receives superior service by answering incoming customer service calls, promptly address and resolve customer inquiries, and conduct daily customer satisfaction tasks.
- The Customer Service Associate also communicates with Merchants, Sales Managers, and third party partners to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely resolution of needs.
- Previous experience working either with In person Customer Service or In office Customer service preferred.
- Must have strong, friendly, and upbeat verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain cool, calm, collected, and organized, even in times of high volume.
- Active listening skills to understand the needs of our customers.
- A team player with a "no task is too small" attitude and the endurance to consistently deliver amazing customer experiences.
- Willingness to pitch in and help out where needed.
