Are you looking for an entrepreneurial position to jump-start your career? If so, look no further. AJS Growth Solutions is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Associate to join our team. The position will work directly with the Owner of the company as Employee #1 and collaborate on all key accounts, learning all facets of Marketing and Business Development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Manage all facets of client marketing campaigns, including digital, social, event, partnership, email, and content marketing
  • On-going management of clients' social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram profiles)
  • Manage partner vendors
  • Attend weekly client meetings over zoom
  • Attend networking and other events representing AJS Growth Solutions

Business Development:

  • Support all client new business operations from lead generation to close
  • Write emails on behalf of clients
  • Manage clients' business development pipelines
  • Follow up on deals on behalf of clients
  • Day to day client CRM software maintenance

Experience:

  • Degree in Business or Communications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • 0-4 years of Marketing and Business Development experience
  • Willingness to work in a startup environment, understanding that you are in on the ground floor
