The Role

We're offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & TA team and lead the U.S. Talent Acquisition Strategy. So, if you’ve got a genuine desire to build a first-class TA machine, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Mission If You Accept It:

  • Set and lead the U.S. talent acquisition strategy and define a talent acquisition roadmap to successfully attract and hire the talent needed to scale Back Market aligned to our strategic plan
  • Relentlessly chase the best candidates, owning the candidate pipeline from sourcing to offer stage
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs for different teams across the business
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring leaders
  • Management of our ATS (Lever), as well as delivering updates on the pipeline
  • Educate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices, and decision making
  • Manage 3rd​ party vendor relationships (recruiting agencies) as appropriate 

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tech startup/scaleup environment managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment and scaling up hiring in an organization
  • Experience in developing strategic and tactical sourcing plans for recruiting needs
  • Strong skills in relationship building with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines simultaneously
  • A team player attitude and are able to work towards a common goal
