Job Description

Job is currently remote. Some in-office time will be required after Sept. 2021.

We’re looking to hire a proactive, highly motivated Director of Growth Marketing to manage paid digital marketing programs to acquire new customers across multiple media channels. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success acquiring new customers efficiently and at scale through detailed planning, execution, analysis, and optimization skills. This rock star has a positive outlook, takes pride in owning multiple responsibilities associated with the role, and is flexible to new challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Manage the launch, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels including social (Facebook, Instagram), search, affiliates, influencer, display and mobile ad networks.
  • Oversee day-to-day relationship with managed service partners to operationalize plans according to strategic goals.
  • Develop testing strategy that will positively impact growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance in generating new customers to goals and budgets.
  • Analyze performance data to identify and optimize campaigns to increase customer volume and improve spend efficiency.
  • Manage performance reporting to provide insights improving strategic planning and asset iteration.
  • Generate and oversee project briefs for design team to deliver assets in accordance with creative requirements and brand guidelines.
  • Reconcile invoices & bills.
  • This role will report directly to the CEO and work closely with internal teammates and external partners; person will be in-line to become VP of Marketing with proven results
  • Manage team of 2-3 direct reports

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years of digital/growth marketing experience at a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand
  • Experience managing campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms (e.g. Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat)
  • Experience launching and managing influencer programs
  • Strong analytical skills, including web analytics, a/b testing, conversion funnel analysis, multi channel attribution, subscription models, LTV, cohort analysis
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of working with creatives on producing necessary assets for campaigns, including timing and budgets needed for shoots and post-production
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, switch tasks based on priority, and work under tight timelines
  • A positive self-starter who works well with either little instruction or very specific guidelines
  • A BA/BS degree; MBA preferred 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with DTC, CPG, or other similar brands
  • Experience managing ads in Facebook (including Power Editor) and Google Ads
  • A passion for social media, advertising, and latest industry trends
