Role 🎨

  • Build and manage an exceptional Customer Experience function, including implementing and upgrading processes & tools, and hiring a team of A-players
  • Empower your team to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues for our clients and experiment with ways to improve the customer experience
  • Expand and maintain adequate coverage for high-volume evening and weekend shifts
  • Deliver industry-leading client experiences (NPS, CSAT) and improve client retention
  • Promote a client-obsessed company culture
  • Achieve key pre and post-sale success metrics
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing teams to prioritize and implement CX initiatives
  • Constantly seek to improve customer satisfaction at all touch-points in the customer journey
