Join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team as we significantly grow the organization this year. You will have the opportunity to make an impact at a fast growing startup. We’re looking for someone who’s detail oriented, loves working with people and creating organized processes. We're are looking for part time help for 3+ months with the potential to expand the role.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:
- Schedule intro calls, video interviews and interview debriefs across US time zones in a fast paced environment
- Stay in close contact with candidates and provide updates regarding their applications and interview status
- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain effective communication
- Improve our candidate experience by thinking creatively and holistically about how NYSHEX is presented
- Leverage the ATS (Greenhouse!) to communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Have 1+ years of relevant recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a fast growing startup company
- Have experience with Google Suite and an applicant system (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Be highly organized and results oriented with a high attention to detail
- Have very strong time management and prioritization skills and a strong ability to juggle multiple urgent tasks
- Care deeply about creating a high-touch experience with candidates, interviewers and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience
- Get excited about the challenge of building and scaling a recruiting function at a rapidly growing startup
