We’re looking for a Remote Director of Customer Experience to manage a growing customer experience team and lead on the strategy and processes that will enable the team to scale successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day to day management of the customer experience team
  • Drive strategy and processes to support a growing support team
  • Develop performance metrics to gauge team success and customer satisfaction
  • Be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers

About you:

  • 3+ years managing a customer support / customer experience team (startup experience a plus!)
  • In-depth knowledge of the day-to-day aspects of customer support and delivering on exceptional customer service
  • Understanding of what it takes (people, process, tools, metrics) to scale a customer support team
  • Ability to independently synthesize learnings and implement new initiatives
  • Highly collaborative and can work with team members across the company to share insights and execute on projects
