We’re looking for a Sales Manager as we expand our footprint across the US. You will serve as a coach to our sales reps and account executives as well as a chief relationship builder to a wide range of clients across industries and functions as they look to us to help them build all star teams.
- Attract and hire top sales talent; lead and mentor high-performing sales team
- Set sales volume and velocity targets, as well as a replicable playbook for scaling quickly in new markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with top clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage all aspects of sales operations, from top-of-funnel to closing and handoff to Client Success team
- Partner closely with Product and Customer Success to improve product based on client feedback
- Balance leadership and sales responsibilities while scaling the business
- Gather competitive intelligence and take appropriate action
- 5+ years experience in sales with at least 2+ years scaling and managing a successful sales team
- Track record of sales objectives planning and delivery
- Ability to optimize and also re-invent processes
- Strong prioritization skills
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
