We’re looking for a rockstar Showroom Associate to connect with customers, advocate for our products, and transform our in-person sales strategy. This new team member will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for customers in the showroom. The ideal candidate is an upbeat, confident professional with great interpersonal communication skills.
- Collect and report key daily metrics to the showroom leadership team.
- Possess and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
- Work as a cohesive team with all showroom staff to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent customer relationships and manage follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain visual brand standards.
- Promote learning and respect through interactions with the management team and associates
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to hit sales goals and targets throughout each season.
- 1+ years of customer-facing, retail, or showroom experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, warm, and inviting; top-notch communication skills.
- Professional and respected; always able to remain calm and collected.
- Being a team player is a must!
- Above and beyond customer service and communication skills
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, weekends and holidays required
