Planted is looking for experienced Technical Account Managers who excel at building enterprise customer relationships but also have the technical proficiency to troubleshoot and advise on technical integrations. Ultimately your job is to ensure customer happiness!
- Own and drive post-sales relationships and technical integrations with customers
- Meet customers face-to-face, via phone, or video to help them understand product solutions and how to integrate them to meet their needs
- Ensure that customers see the value of the product as soon as possible through effective project management
- Manage a growing portfolio of customers at various stages in the lifecycle
- Advocate for customer feedback and work with product and engineering to identify and implement opportunities to improve the product and end-user experience
- 3+ years relevant experience in a similar role (technical customer success / account management, product management, sales engineering, integrations engineering, project management, etc)
- You are a natural relationship builder, a strong listener and can empathize with clients' needs
- You are an effective project manager and can balance multiple stakeholders and work streams without guidance
