We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will spread Snappy Gifts to the sweetest companies! Snappy Gifts is a fast-growing enterprise gifting platform that’s disrupting the corporate gifting market. We offer our clients' employees a great experience that increases their motivation, happiness, and appreciation.

We're rapidly growing our Sales team, and we’re looking for someone special to join and grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time. Snappy loves making people happy! Join us and help us send gifts to the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Snappy sales plan and strategy.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and execute the entire sales process through deal closing.
  • Grow Snappy’s customer base and establish new business with our partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience. Consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Fast learner, problem-solver, with great attention to details.
  • Skilled at identifying new business opportunities and building relationships at all levels.
  • Must be a multitasker who can work in a fast-paced environment with a small team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with, present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven strong, persistent, and persuasive interactions with clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others, yet comfortable with independently owning a project end-to-end.
