Content Marketing Manager

  • Developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategy
  • Writing and creating email and lifecycle marketing to customer segments
  • Developing and executing social media strategy, including Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Developing direct mail materials, including our catalog
  • Creating blog calendar and materials
  • Creating strategy and overseeing execution of brand ambassador program
  • Managing existing and new affiliate marketing efforts, including curating affiliate networks and providing content to affiliates
  • Planning and organizing lifestyle photoshoots and managing photography budget
  • Managing product merchandising on the website – both to optimize user experience and also to communicate the St. Frank aesthetic


  • BS/BA degree with 6-8 years of related work experience
  • Experience in content marketing at a premium or luxury brand, including writing copy and producing visual materials in partnership with a graphic designer
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills; command for “brand voice” and brand positioning
  • Ability to develop strategies & build out programs from the ground up
  • Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
  • Extremely detail oriented; ability to multi-task & meet shifting deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in socially responsible business; Interest in art or interior design
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves & take on any task to keep our wheels moving—that’s what we all do, and what makes startups amazing
  • Portfolio required
