Customer Experience Specialist

Tire Agent is a funded tech startup that is an online tire and wheel retailer for the average car owner.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an integral part of providing best-in-class support to our customers as we rapidly expand. Our office is closed temporarily, so this role will be remote for the next few months.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide customers with knowledgeable, compassionate, and timely resolutions to their inquiries 
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude that fosters long-term relationships
  • Handle and respond to incoming requests through online chat, phone, and email
  • Support and guide our users in transacting purchases via payment plans
  • Contribute feedback regarding how we can further improve our experience for users / customers

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A friendly, upbeat personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with confidence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including great listening skills and a strong phone presence
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • You enjoy contributing to the development of a professional and collaborative team culture
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new technologies
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
