We're looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager to scale our customer base, increase demand, and optimize conversions. You understand growth and user acquisition channels and know how to run conversion rate optimization. You live and breathe experimentation, data analysis, and ruthless prioritization for impact.

You will:

  • Own our growth roadmap by brainstorming new growth experiments and helping prioritize what to build
  • Translate ambiguous ideas into tightly scoped, actionable plans
  • Help break down projects into well-defined components shippable by engineers and designers
  • Build new experiences, systems, optimizations, and experiments that will enable WinIt to grow and scale everywhere
  • Analyze data dig to identify opportunities and assess the performance of existing products
  • Do whatever it takes to make your team and product successful. You'll never say, “That's not my job.”

You have:

  • 2+ years growth experience, either as a founder or in a growth role at an early stage company
  • 2+ years experience building and shipping web applications as an engineer, designer, or product manager
  • A deep understanding of funnel optimization. Especially onboarding flows
  • Strong product intuition
  • Experience with some of the following channels: SEO, user generated content, email marketing, content marketing, referrals
  • The ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls with limited information
  • Proficiency with data analysis using SQL and spreadsheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
